It takes tremendous courage to show up for yourself and begin your healing journey. Built on a foundation of trust, unconditional support/admiration, and genuineness, let me help you begin to rewrite your personal narrative as you break from self-limiting beliefs that keep you feeling drained and stuck in your life’s patterns. You, more than anyone, deserve light, love, healing, and compassion.
In session, you can expect to feel safe, heard, and supported as you begin exploring difficult and uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Imagine freeing yourself from the heaviness, self-doubt and shame/regret that you carry each day. Picture yourself living a meaningful, value-aligned life that radiates healthy boundaries, strength, comfort and self-honor.
Primarily working with ages from young adulthood to those in their mid thirties, I empathically connect to your unique story and safely hold space for your vulnerabilities. While having extensive experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, my specialties include: navigating women’s transitional life events, recovering from complex/chronic relational traumas, breaking away from codepedence/trauma bonding, understanding ACoA, resolving childhood wounds, and managing anxiety/OCD/depression.
Through integration of theoretical approaches derived from mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I equip you with evidence-based skills to foster recovery, authenticity, advocacy, resilience, healing, self-compassion, hope, and empowerment. I will be the gentle push that supports you through times of change and growth.
