Insurance
I'm in network with several major insurers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO (most state and federal plans), Highmark, Capital Blue Cross PPO (not Keystone, Pennsylvania only), Cigna / Evernorth PPO, and Aetna. Coverage can vary by plan and state, so reach out with your insurance and state of residence and I'll confirm what applies. If I'm out of network for your plan, I can provide a superbill you can submit for potential partial reimbursement.
Co-pays and any patient responsibility are due at the time of service. I do not currently offer a sliding scale.
I am not in network with United Behavioral Health / United Healthcare, UPMC, Geisinger, Ambetter, Humana, Medicare / Medicaid, Amerihealth, Independence (IBX), Cigna Healthcare Garden State Plan, or Magellan health plans.
Before your first appointment, you must contact your insurance's behavioral/mental health benefits provider to ensure Soul Centered Integrative Counseling is in-network for your specific plan.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is a special time set aside just for you. Life happens, and unexpected things come up, but advance notice helps keep your care on track and lets me offer that time to other clients when needed. To avoid being charged the full session fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your appointment.
Good Faith Estimate Notice
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services. You'll receive one at the start of care and any time the cost of services changes.
